Instead of dreading bedtime, now waking with a smile!
My husband and I reached out to Sarah when our, then 18 month old son was in a poor sleeping ritual. We were all up 5-6 times a night. Many bad habits started, but our routine was – he would fall asleep in our bed, we would carry him to his crib when asleep, and 2-3 hours later he would wake, wanting held and we would bring him to our bed for sleep for all. We wanted badly to have that routine that he would fall asleep on his own, sleep all night, wake with a sweet smile! We got that! I reached out to Sarah and received no judgement, simply education on WHY this was happening, and outlines three options. She walked us through the option we chose, and in three evenings, we were laying him down in his bed, walking out, and waking 10 hours later to a sweet, happy boy. We’ve clearly had off nights, but that’s having a toddler! Having Sarah’s knowledge allows us to not dread bedtime, but welcome all the many changes and know how to implement healthy strategies. Sarah, we thank you!

From long battles to calm nights and restful naps.
Thanks to Sarah our one year old is finally sleeping through the night. We got into some bad habits and before we knew it we had created a nightly sleep battle followed by frequent interruptions throughout the night. Within a few days of following the plan she gave us, our daughter was sleeping on schedule, staying asleep, and even napping (which I didn’t believe she was capable of). I was also able to email Sarah during difficult patches and get her encouragement and suggestions. We are so relieved to finally get a good night’s sleep every night!

Twins and a preschooler now sleeping all night.
We were struggling with exhaustion. With twin 1 year olds and a 3 year old who were waking up a total of 5-6 times a night I barely knew how to function. With Sarah’s help everyone is sleeping through the night. Our home is the healthiest it has been and everyone is a lot happier now that we are getting much needed sleep. This is a life changing and a blessing!

Gave me more confidence as a parent.
If you are a new parent or know of someone about to become a parent, I highly recommend the New Parents Package. As a brand new Mom, I really had no clue how to help my 6-week-old newborn baby sleep well. The information and support that I received from Sarah in the New Parents Package was enlightening, evidence-based, and empowering. Sarah taught me about the biology behind infant sleep, and used findings from sleep studies to encourage me to try some pretty easy but different strategies than the ones I had been using (which to be honest really weren’t strategies at all – just me guessing!). From that consultation onward (my baby is now 6 months old), my husband and I have consistently applied what we learned from Sarah to naps and bedtime – with great and consistent results. We have been sleeping soundly since – both because our baby has been sleeping soundly (in amounts appropriate for her age as she grew) AND because we know how to help her do that on a daily basis (no more guesswork!). If you are a parent with a young baby and are thinking about trying this, I highly encourage you to do it – not just for the outcomes, but also for becoming more confident as a parent. And if you know someone who is about to become a parent, this would make a fantastic gift (and a GREAT alternative to buying stuff off of a registry!).
10 month old, now a great sleeper!
Sarah was so great to work with! She was so supportive and encouraging when we needed it most. Because of her, our 10 month old has become a great little sleeper!

He’s on the spectrum, and now he’s sleeping at night.
My son, who happens to be on the spectrum, has ALWAYS had sleep issues. When we started working with Sarah we were awake 3-4 nights a week and for a large portion of the night. After talking with Sarah and putting her suggestions into action, my kiddo started to sleep!! Now he’s able to wake in the night and fall back to sleep. He’s gone from 3-4 nights of problem sleeping to MAYBE one a week. As a mom, I can’t tell you how much I appreciate Sarah… it may be even more than sleep itself!
