Finally, my children are all sleeping through the night! I’ve never had “good sleepers.” None of my children slept through the night until after age 1. When my youngest was up every 2-3 hours every night for over a month at 10/11 months, Sarah was able to do a customized plan for us!!!
As a second-time mom, but first-time nursing mom, I was having difficulties figuring out how to best get my second son to sleep through the night. I was also having a hard time getting him into a daily schedule because my older son was transitioning out of naps and starting school and I knew that the lack of day-time structure was also effecting his night-time sleep. I shared my concerns with Sarah and she shared with me a wealth of knowledge about baby and toddler sleep! Everything from developmental stages of sleep, what is normal and what to expect, to how to cope with the various stages. She offered various ways for us to try to develop better sleeping habits for my son depending on what best aligns with our parenting style and the needs of our family. She was always supportive and willing to help. I can tell that she is truly passionate about sharing her knowledge with others and helping families all get better sleep at night!
I first met Sarah virtually on a Facebook mom’s group. I reached out to her because my daughter at the time was constantly waking up in the middle of the night. My husband and I were on our edges physically and mentally. Sarah responded to my message right away. She emphasized my struggles and asked excellent questions to get a better picture of what my daughter’s sleep routine/environment was like. What I was mostly impressed with is that she gave us different options to try to help with my daughter’s sleep. Each option was concrete and designed based on our energy level and preference. In addition, Sarah continues to follow-up with me to see how my daughter was doing after we tried these options. I’m so grateful for Sarah of her expertise and kindness- it made such a difference for us as we navigate parenthood!
